LM1S-EPDM Food Quality Hose
Application: A flexible suction and discharge hose for use in breweries and the food and beverage industries. Suitable for use with alcohol (max. 40%), softdrinks, fatty foods (max.36%) and non-fatty foods.
Feature: White EPDM food quality tube, with high temperature resistance. Tasteless, odourless, kink resistant, sturdy, though extremely light.
Standard/approval: BfR (former BgVV) XXI:2002 (Kat.2), Weihenstephan, FDA (CFR21 §177.2600). Notice: Very high resistance to many aggressive cleaning agents. For the application of cleaning agents please see our separate information sheet.
ATTENTION: Not suitable for dry conveyance.
Temperature range: -35°C/+95°C, steam cleaning up to max.130°C/30min, unpressurised.
Safety factor: 3.15 : 1
Tube: EPDM, white, smooth, food quality.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, zinc plated steel wire helix.
Cover: SBR/NR/EPDM, red, abrasion resistant, ozone and weather resistant, cloth impression.
