LMBS Food Quality Hose

Application: Premium quality brewery suction and discharge hose made of butyl rubber. Ideal for delivering alcohol (max. 40%) and soft drinks. For use in wine cellars and breweries, as well as in the food industry.

Feature: Odourless and tasteless.

Standard/approval: FDA (CFR 21 §177.2600).

Notice: Available in other colours on request. Available with corrugated cover on request. Not suitable for oily or fatty foods. For such applica­tions, we recommend LM4S. For the applications of cleaning agents, please see our separate information sheet.

ATTENTION: Not suitable for dry conveyance.

Temperature range: -35°C / +95°C, steam cleaning up to max. 130°C / 30 min, unpressurised.

Safety factor: 3,15 : 1

Tube: Butyl rubber, white, smooth, food quality, odour­less and tasteless.

Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, double steel wire helix.

Cover: Butyl rubber, red, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather, cloth impression.

Marking: Continuous transfer tape, white: "SEMPERIT S LMBS - Butyl Lebensmittel/Food SD PN12 bar".
